Photo scanning orders are normally completed in 7 - 10 days following arrival at the Remba Scanning Centre. During peak periods and for larger orders, the scanning process can sometimes take a little longer.
To identify your photos, we ask that you print and include a copy of the invoice with your order. We match your details (and the barcode on the invoice) to your order number and payment details.
Photo restorations are normally completed in 2 - 3 weeks following acceptance of the quotation. For additional images, or more complex restorations, it may take a little longer.

The turnaround times quoted on www.remba.com.au represent the time between receipt and dispatch of your photos from our scanning facility.
